We are excited to announce a new partnership between the Alberta Robotics Association (ARA) and FRC Team 9449, the Yellowjackets, based in Calgary. This collaboration marks an important step in expanding our efforts to support STEM education and robotics initiatives across Alberta. The ARA is proud to welcome the Yellowjackets into our organization, where they will have access to valuable resources, mentorship, and a thriving community of like-minded innovators. Together, we look forward to empowering the team as they take on the challenges of the upcoming FIRST Robotics Competition season, driving creativity, teamwork, and technological advancement forward.
This year marks the second season for FRC Team 9449, the Yellowjackets, and we are excited to see how the team will build upon their experiences from last year. With their rookie season behind them, the Yellowjackets are bringing renewed energy, lessons learned, and a drive to take their skills to the next level. The team has already shown incredible promise, and with the support of the Alberta Robotics Association, they are poised to make an even greater impact in their second year of competition. We can’t wait to see how they tackle the new challenges and continue to grow both as a team and as young innovators.
In addition to welcoming the Yellowjackets, we are thrilled about the opportunities ahead as we partner with new teams and work to establish even more teams across all FIRST levels. At the Alberta Robotics Association, our mission is to provide students with the tools and support they need to explore STEM fields and develop key skills in problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership. By fostering these new partnerships and helping to launch fresh teams, we are not only expanding the reach of robotics education but also creating an inclusive environment where innovation can thrive. We look forward to seeing the incredible ideas that will emerge from these new teams!
